Maija has been a key part of the Lake Zurich Florist team since 2019, where she serves as a Floral Sales Consultant and Master Gardener. With an MBA in Marketing from DePaul University and a Master Gardener Certification from the University of Illinois Extension, Maija is a pro at helping customers find the perfect floral arrangements. Her favorite part of the job? Educating customers on plant care and helping them nurture their green thumbs. She’s even hybridized 50 new varieties of Day-Lilies!

When she’s not at work, you can find Maija gardening, hitting the golf course, or diving into a good book.
