The Process

A few details about working together:

Fill in the inquiry form and we will schedule a complimentary consultation. We invite you to meet with us in person at 17 S. Old Rand Rd in Lake Zurich, IL, or we will be happy to schedule a phone or video consultation.

After our initial consultation, we will send you a first draft proposal. If you decide we’re the perfect fit, it will be time to make it official! All you will need to do is approve your custom contract, invoice and submit the deposit payment; each of  which is easily completed online.

During this time we will be ordering blooms, processing flowers, organizing and cleaning hardgoods and gathering everything we need to make your special day perfect.

In the weeks leading up to your special day, we invite you back to our shop to see your selected blooms in person. We will create a sample bouquet using your event flowers to give you a better visual of what you’ll be seeing on your big day!
This is also the time to finalize any remaining balances.

The day we’ve been looking forward to! By this point, everything is ready to go! The designers are putting the finishing touches on their creations and the delivery drivers are loading their vehicles. We are ready to provide the best possible blooms and designs for your special day.

Event Inquiry

The best way to start the process with us is by filling out an event inquiry form. This way our floral team can get the first glance at what you’re interested in for your special event.
